We just finished our bulking diet on Oct. 31.   For the next two weeks, stay on the following trimming diet.  Start on Monday, Nov. 3.

1. Each day eat all of what appears on the list.
2. Each day, eat three times a day and drink ALL day.
3. Punishments for those caught during the day without a water bottle.

EAT DAILY:

Water all day - Infinite
1 Chicken Breast
1 Can of Tuna
1 piece of Tilapia broiled or baked...no breading or butter
7 servings of raw vegetables (not fruit)
3 Hard boiled eggs
Protein Shake with oats - Reduce protein by 1/3 - only on weight-lifting days
2 Servings of Brown Rice
1 Daily Multi-Vitamin
1 Piece dry wheat toast (DRY I SAID)
THAT IS ALL!

DON'T EAT:

Milk, Soda, Juice, or anything besides water
Fruit unless I tell you too
Any meat besides what is listed
Energy Drinks
Anything with sugar
White grains, breads, pastas, etc.
Halloween Candy
Desserts
Any other supplements
Basically  anything that isn't on the list!
